Email COOLMOJI
One inbox for everything: a symbol that pastes wrong, a mistake on a page, a removal request or a copyright complaint. Replies normally take five to seven days. Include the page address and the phone or app you were using — that is what lets us reproduce the problem instead of guessing.
The fastest way to reach COOLMOJI is the email address above. There is no phone line and no contact form: the library is run by a small editorial team, and email is the one channel we actually read. If a symbol behaved unexpectedly after you pasted it into TikTok, Instagram or any other app, the section on reporting a symbol below tells you which four details let us reproduce it. Everything else here explains what to send, how long it takes and what happens after you press send.

What to write to us about
Almost every message we get falls into one of five kinds, and each one needs a slightly different detail from you. The table is the short version: find your row, send what the middle column asks for, and you will usually get the outcome in the right-hand column without a second exchange.
Swipe the table sideways to reach the third column.
| Your reason | What to include | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| A symbol pastes wrong | The page address, the item you tapped, your phone model and the app you pasted into | We paste it on the same kind of device and either fix the item or tell you it is a device font |
| A copy button does nothing | The page address, your browser, and whether you were on a phone or a computer | We reproduce it in that browser and repair the grid item |
| A fact or character name is wrong | The page address and what the correct information is, ideally with a source | We check it against the Unicode Standard and correct the page itself |
| Content removal or copyright | The exact URL, the material you object to and your relationship to it | We review it and remove anything we do not have the right to publish |
| A page you wish existed | The theme or the symbols you were hunting for and could not find | It joins the list we work through; popular requests get built first |
How long a reply takes
Expect a reply in five to seven days. That is the honest figure for a small editorial team rather than a support desk, and we would rather publish it than promise an hour and miss it.
Two things make a message faster. The first is a page address: “the heart page” costs an exchange, the heart symbols page costs none. The second is naming the app you pasted into, because a character that behaves in one app frequently behaves differently in another — that difference is usually the whole answer.
Reporting a symbol that does not work
Send the page address, the item, your phone model and the app. With those four details we can paste the same characters into the same place, which is the only reliable way to tell a genuine mistake apart from a device that simply has no drawing for the character.

Before you write, one check saves most people the wait. If a character arrives as an empty box, that is almost always the font on that particular device having no drawing for it — the character itself is intact and still sitting on your clipboard. Paste it into TikTok, Instagram or a messaging app and it very often appears exactly as intended. A box on your screen is a missing drawing, not a damaged character.
It is also worth knowing what we will not do with your report. We never “tidy up” a combination by stripping the invisible marks that hold it together, and we never swap an unusual symbol for a more common one to make it look safer. Characters are stored and served byte for byte, so if a combination works for you today it will still work next month. If you think a symbol is broken and we conclude it is not, we will tell you that rather than quietly delete it.
Content removal and copyright complaints
Send the exact URL, the material you object to and your relationship to it, and we will review it. Anything we do not have the right to publish comes down — we would rather remove a page than argue about one.

It helps to know where the line sits, because most of what is on this site cannot be owned by anyone. The characters themselves come from the Unicode Standard, a public specification, so a code point, its official name and its shape as text are free for anyone to reproduce — including us and including you. What is not free is a studio’s drawing of a character, which is why you will only ever find text symbols here and never character artwork. If a page of ours has crossed that line, tell us and it goes.
User-submitted material follows the same rule. If something you contributed appears on the site and you want it taken down, say which page it is on and we will remove it — you do not have to explain why.
How corrections are made
Corrections are made to the page itself and the updated date is changed, rather than being buried in a change log nobody reads. If your report changes what a page says, the page changes.
The one thing we will not do is invent a number to fill a gap. If we have not counted or tested something, it does not get a figure — a point we make in more detail in the note on how we build and check a page.
Who operates COOLMOJI
COOLMOJI is published by the COOLMOJI Editorial Team, the small editorial group that maintains the library. The site has been online since January 2024. We publish under the team name as an organisation rather than inventing individual bylines, photographs or job titles.
That also means there is no registered company behind the site, no office address and no phone number to publish. Rather than dress up a contact page with details that do not exist, we give you the one channel that reaches a person: the email address at the top of this page.
What we cannot help with
Some requests arrive regularly that we genuinely cannot solve, and saying so up front saves you the wait.
- We cannot change how your device draws a character. That is decided by the fonts installed on your phone or computer, which no website can reach into.
- We cannot make decorated characters work in a TikTok username. A TikTok username accepts only letters, numbers, full stops and underscores. Styled characters do work in your display name, which is the field most people actually mean.
- We cannot recover or unlock accounts on TikTok, Instagram or anywhere else. We are a character library with no connection to those platforms.
- We do not sell links, sponsored posts or guest articles. Pitches of that kind are deleted unread, so please do not spend time on one.
If your question is really “where do I find symbols like these”, the search box takes any plain word — love, cute, star — and the thinking emoji and kaomoji page is a good example of how a full set is laid out.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a phone number or postal address for COOLMOJI?
No. COOLMOJI is run by its editorial team rather than a registered company, so there is no office, no phone line and no postal address to give you. Email at support@coolmoji.com is the only channel, and it is read by the people who edit the site.
How long does COOLMOJI take to reply?
Normally five to seven days. Reports that already contain the page address, your phone model and the app you pasted into are answered fastest, because there is nothing to ask you before the problem can be reproduced.
How do I report a symbol that shows as an empty box?
Check it in another app first — an empty box is usually the font on your device having no drawing for that character, and the character is still intact on your clipboard. If it fails everywhere you try, email the page address, the item and your phone model.
How do I ask for content to be removed?
Email the exact URL and the material you object to. Anything we do not have the right to publish is removed, and material you contributed yourself is removed on request without needing a reason.
Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
No. COOLMOJI does not sell links, sponsored placements or guest articles, and those messages are not answered.
Can I suggest a new emoji or symbol page?
Yes, and it is one of the more useful things you can send. Describe the theme or the characters you were hunting for and could not find; requests that come up repeatedly are the ones that get built.
